Mr. Handyman of Frisco did provide notifications and reminders and showed up on time ready to work. We had a small exterior project, where some wood pieces over the garage, under the windows, and a small porch pillar needed to be replaced and repositioned, then repainted for cosmetic purposes. Some small caulk work was also involved. The quote ended up being competitive and the manager was very responsive due to our issue. Overall, we ended up being happy customers and positive experience due to management. However, we will not be working with this company any further for future projects due to our 9/3/22 experience. Really pleased with the siding and window trim repair their team did on the home. They had given me an estimate over the phone based on the work outlined and they stayed well within the that bid. In addition, they offered to do the work earlier than scheduled by calling me up and offering to shift their crew to my house last minute if it suited my schedule. Very fair pricing and out of three service folks in contacted they responded quickly and kept in contact...that's saying a lot nowadays! Highly recommend and will be sending more jobs their way.
Dee was outstanding! A** job. Had to install a full size walkout attic access door with many customizations to get it just right….and he did. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. Has great pride in his work and wants to make it right for the customer. Thank you Mr. Handyman for having such great employees!
