    Did a fantastic job replacing my rack and pinion steering system. Adam was great taking care of us from beginning to end. Completed in a few hours at a much more reasonable price than the Ford dealer. Excellent customer service and overall job.

    Adam was extremely kind and helpful to get my car serviced and fixed fast after my battery died out of no where. He was very informative and didn’t mind helping me understand what was going on with my car. I will be coming back here and I highly recommend this place for amazing customer service!

    Extremely grateful for this shop! Mechanic Scott M. worked diligently and completed a coolant leak inspection, finding my radiator cracked during my family trip. Jayson A. showed compassion and gave me peace when they had every bay filled but still got my truck in. Scott M. installed a new radiator and got me back home with my family.

    O2 Senses Catalic converter To whom this may concern; I took my vehicle into your shop because the check engine light kept coming on. However a month later I’m still having some of the same problems. I did take the advice of the service station to take it and have it looked at by certain shops that they thought the problem would be and I did. I went to an electrician shop, didn’t find anything, a transmission shop it was good. Then I took it to the shop where my engine head was re-done. From hear this was where the check engine lights came back on after driving at a certain amount of miles. The o2 sensor and a few other lights keep coming on. But instead of Christian Brothers came clean with me that they could figure out what was wrong. They kept charging me trying things and the problems were never resolved. If you look in your records I’ve spent over 4 plus thousand of dollars and the car stills having problems that was there when I originally came in. If the Christian Brothers would have explained to me up front that this was out of their scope of work I would have took it elsewhere to diagnose the problems instead of keep charging me and the problems kept getting bigger and bigger. Now I have it at another shop and the o2 sensors came on so since this was one on the things under warranty at Christian Brothers so I was told to take back. However I spoke with the Frisco location and was talk to very nasty when I explain the concerns I’m having. What he didn’t know I had the other machine on the line to explain to him what he did and what the problems were. I was spoken to very nasty or unprofessional. I pray that and establishment representing Christian should carry themselves as such this is how I’m striving to live God like daily. I can in there hoping to be safe in beings Service professionally even though I didn’t have as much knowledge of what was going on as a male would. PS pull all the receipts and see why I’m disturbed by my experiences with Christian Brothers “Frisco” Brenda
