No Christmas cups and it’s only December 5th! I always have to ask for a stopper and am grateful when they actually have them! Often (again today) they have no sleeves. This store is the slowest and worst managed one! It is the most convenient for me, but I often try to go to another one.
Worst Starbucks ever. The drive through lane takes forever (minimum 25 minutes, if you’re lucky). No other Starbucks is as bad as this one. If you order ahead, you’re still going to have to wait at least 20 mins from the pick up time. Not to mention, they always mess up my drinks. They need to learn a thing or two from the Starbucks located on Lebanon and legacy. I always go there now even though it’s not as close as this one. I never complain or write bad reviews but this Starbucks needs management change.
This Starbucks is seriously so bad. You need an extra 30 minutes at the drive thru, inside and even when you order ahead. It’s so slow and often wrong as well. Today at the drive thru I saw a couple of employees trying to figure out how to clean a machine that was full of molded coffee grounds. I’m totally serious. I thought by posting that, it might prompt someone to figure what is going on in there because no other Starbucks operates this poorly.
Of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this one by far makes the best hot decaf americanos. Much more rich. Line times vary, usually don’t stop if there’s more than 4-5 cars because one complicated order and you’re stuck in line for 10 -15 min. Give these baristas a break with your tiktok fraps…. lol
I ordered my regular cold brew, after a couple minutes I see someone check the cold brew tap and said there's no cold brew left for Rafi, yet someone has the nerve to fill it with regular coffee and slap the cold brew sticker on it, it's my regular coffee and can differentiate between a cold brew and regular coffee just by the smell. It's ridiculous! Did not expect that from Starbucks, the reason I stopped going to Dunkin is because of these games. I hope you don't replace decaf with regular for other folks out there.
