Best chicken sandwich is here not next door ???? it actually has flavor, especially the spicy one. Can’t go wrong dipping it in their jalap ranch or spicy ketchup! Fries are always fresh and taste soooo good! Patty melt is a must if you’re tired of everything else.
Visited on Thursday 1/5/23 around 9:00 pm. The line was not long. I thought I would be in and out considering it’s what a wait. I was wrong. 45 minutes in line. The food was wrong when I got home. I spent $40.00. I even asked the manager at window why wait was so long and she rolled her eyes and walked away. They were all laughing and playing around. There is no accountability. It’s sad what society is turning into. These people seem to only have jobs because their probation officers ordered it. I will never go back to any fast food unless it’s chic filet. All fast food places should model themselves after chic. We would all be in a happier safe place. Unreal, huh!!!
All fast food places should follow the lead of this location!! Short waiting times, even during the busy lunch hour rush! Staff members are all polite and work very well together. Never a bad experience here. Keep up the awesome work It’s not unnoticed!
I keep telling myself never again at this location, but still do it because I love the food. I don’t know if they are habitually understaffed or what, but I can’t keep waiting an extra 15-25 minutes for food that has been ordered ahead and well past the ETA for is being ready. Doesn’t even matter if it is lunch or 3pm. And what good does it do to go inside and stand in a never ending line? I finally got my food today, order was completely wrong and food was cold. I know nobody’s perfect or anything, it’s just habitual and I won’t be coming back here. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.
