    I asked which size mozzarella sticks were on the happy hour menu and the guy said they only had drinks on the happy menu. I mentioned the picture has snacks listed and a picture of mozzarella sticks. He said they don't offer food on the happy hour menu. Not the first time we have had poor service at this location.

    I haven't been here for awhile and I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. This store is cutting some corners. No cherries or limes in the "ades" , they were out of onion rings ( isn't that one of your staples?), The Oreo blast barely had any Oreos, and my poor kid got the saddest looking grilled "cheese"- he didn't eat it. The only positive is I ordered through the app and got quick service.

    Ugh. These people. We have had several less than spectacular experiences here, which is no fun because I love the sonic food usually. However, they are almost always very slow, even with the simplest orders. They have gotten our orders wrong lots, including today when we ordered mozzarella sticks, a Dr Pepper, and a Red Bull slush with bursting bubbles. We waited quite a while, and when it came after about 15 minutes of waiting at least, the carhop said Red Bull slush with bubbles, but it wasn’t the color of the Red Bull slush, and it didn’t have the bubbles. I’m pretty sure they got it wrong, because it tasted like green apple. Also, one time we were there, and the woman taking our order literally made us repeat the order five times because she couldn’t understand. Overall, I love the food, but the service is absolutely awful.

    So I ordered an M&M blast with Reese’s and hot fudge but they completely forgot to put the Reese’s and hot fudge in it and it took like 15 minutes :(

    Worst experience. First, I felt rushed when ordering food. Then when we received it, the chicken strips were burnt and the cups were wet from soda. Like, why weren't they wiped off before being brought out. I kindly asked for them to give me a refund on the chicken strip dinner only and asked for the original receipt back. I waited 5 minutes with no response and pushed the button for assistance. I was told it was refunded but I couldn't get a new receipt or the original. Like wth, no sir. I asked for the manager and here comes someone with a receipt saying I was fully refunded. I appreciate the gesture but the experience was ruined by that time.
