I got a notification from Wingstop on National Wing Day to get 5 free wings with any order. We thought it would be a good option for dinner. We love Wingstop wings, and their fries and sides! I placed an order from the app, it told me I could pick up in an hour. Showed up at the location, and literally waited another 2 hours to get our food!! Worst food experience ever. Mass chaos, employees were ridiculously overwhelmed, and there were literally over 20 people in the store waiting. One customer came in so irate, that he caused a scene, the Manager called the cops, and they showed up. Why would they take that many orders, if they knew they didn't have the staff to handle it??! And did they give me some extras or a gift certificate to use at a later date? Did the corporate office send me anything or even respond to my complaint on their site?? Nope... Nothing but 2 hours of time I can never get back. The worst customer service ever!
I placed a delivery order using the Wingstop app. Once the food arrived we noticed we were missing items (not the first time). I called the location and was told they would refund me for the missing items. I told them I did not want a refund. I wanted the missing items I paid for since I had two kids with no dinner. I was then told I could drive up to Wingstop to pick it up. I let them know that I would like it delivered since I had already paid for the delivery fee. The employee then told me that they would not do that. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. At this point the employee said I was being rude and hung up on me. I then drive to the store to get the items since I really didn't have a choice. After waiting in the lobby almost 30 minutes I had to leave to pick my son up. Needless to say I never got the missing items. Later that evening I explained what had happened on the Wingstop site. This morning I received a gift card for $5. What a joke. I spent $160 on this order. This location has serious staffing issues and the employees really don't care about taking care of customers. If I was the owner of this location I would look into some training for my employees. They are running your business into the ground.
Very Disappointed!! First, I was ordered all flat and mistake; came out are mix and one of the order don't even have flat wings; second, one of the wings only Fried without bother to put any sauce on it..the worst wings ever that I ever know. Need more training to take the correct order!!
I just got home and this is what happened when I opened the bag. What the hell? I never had any problems until today. First I had to wait longer for my food and now this when I came home.
Earlier this week I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal. I do eat at this Wingstop regularly, and the food is normally cooked well. Unfortunately, this was not the case this last time. The chicken was so greasy that it soaked two paper towel trying to squeeze the grease out. I hope this will not be the case in the future, but I have lost my taste for Wingstop for now.
